Dear colleagues!

Working in underground for many years I`ve dealt on repeated occasions with such disgraceful phenomenon as rip-off. Many pretended (and real) label and distro owners «forgot» to send their part of the trade even after numerous remindings. I think in actual fact «obliviousness» has nothing to do with it. The simple reason is wish of some frauds to enrich their distro or collection at the expense of others. A number of such unclean hands were in any time but in connection with development of internet their quality became to rise steeply and make serious problems for work of honest labels.

Some labels refuse trades because of it. I`ve understood long ago the only method to wrestle with rip-off is informing of honest labels owners about every case of rip-off. I made it via e-mail dispatch. But in any case it was occasionally and my address basis not all-embracing. I got a lot of letters where my collegues inform me about their cases of rip-off. I`ve understood that real method to wrestle to make special site where every owner of label/distro/magazine can add an information about his negative rip-off experience by himself. So please use it and add an information. Together we can resist rip-off successfully.
