Dark Horizon Records is a reliable and honest label/distribution that has been active for 13 years. The postal system of the USA and the world is not a perfect science. Packages get lost. We are not at fault for the bad service of a postal system or a countries customs office.     Shaytan received his package and has been buying items from DHR on a regular basis, so we do not understand this from him.     Griffin Music also received their package, and again it is not our fault the postal system takes forever to deliver some packages.    Shaxul has been contacted and they will recieve there items even if Dark Horizon Records must send multiple packages and loose money to do this.    Dark Horizon Records is an honest company, we think this is bullshit to try and black list companies when sometimes the situations are not the fault of the mail order. Research the companies history and always stay in contact.  DHR has been active for 13 years, that should say something to those who buy from the underground mail order.

Try to push him. We had the same situation, but finally typhus gived up and send us his part of trade.

He ripped me off as well some years ago... And of course they ripped off many other people I know. I wonder how they still exist, they should be boycotted.
