I think this is such a good idea, because it's a lot easier to keep track of who's who. What would be even better is to not only have the blacklist, but perhaps to have a rating scale of good traders, something like what eBay does now:

Name of label
Stars (number of people who like trading with this label)

Scale of 1 to 5, 5 being best:

Disk condition (1-5)
Booklet/tray card condition (1-5)
Communication (1-5)
Shipping time (1-5)
