1. According to paragraph 5 of International convention of responsibility matter, indemnification etc. by postal administration in case of posting embezzlement or damage any posting belongs to sender up to delivery to addressee. So justifications like "I`ve sent my parcel and the rest is not my problem" are unfounded. The sender accounting all responsibility for posting condition up to delivery of posting to addressee. And only sender can assert a claim to postal service on posting loss or condition damage. So denial to resend parcel once again in case of loss is rip-off.
2. If you`ve got any posting which have sizeable outward damage is better to reject to get it and explain your reject with crippling of packaging. Or you can to draw up a report in presence and with the help of postal functionaries where you must describe in details all the damage, weight discrepancy etc. Customs officials of sender country or addressee county unseal postings quite often. Sometimes customs examination is very negligent and CDs got sizeable damage. But packaging leaves safe and you haven`t reasons for reject. In this case please connect to sender as soon as possible and inform him about conditions of the parcel. If sender asks you send back damaged CDs you must send them as soon as possible. Of course all the claims to CDs condition must be made during short space of time (for example during one month since you`ve got your posting).
3. If you`ve got any other from your order stuff or for example another type of data medium (CDr instead of CD) you must send back all the unfit stuff. Justifications like ?He sent me CDr instead of CD and I don`t mention to send him his order? are ignore. If you think you`ve got unfit stuff send it back. You can do this when you`ve got trade but doesn`t send your part. If you`ve already sent your part but have got unfit stuff send it back and demand to send appropriate stuff or send back your part of the trade.
4. Please send your stuff in good package which can provide it`s safety. Otherwise you must substitute it (in the case of returning damaged CDs). If you trade CDs without cases you must pack booklets, inlays and CDs in separate packs for safety booklets and inlays. You must send booklets and inlays in waterproof packaging materials. You must pack CDs compact for preventing scratches. Be careful to each other and don`t make problems for your partner.
5. Most common points of trade:
CD = 4 points
2CD = 5 points
2Digi CD or CD in DVD case = 6 points
DVD = 6 points
MCD = 3 points
LP/picture LP = 4 points against LP or 6 points against CD
Pro CDr = 2 points
CDr = 1,5 points
Tape = 1 point
Sticker = 0.33 points
Magazine = 1 point

MCD is CD with total time less than 25 min. if any conditions didn`t agree between parts of the trade. Of course there are not compulsory points, the final word belongs to parts of the trade. A change of points by one side after arrangement isn`t permit and consider as rip-off.
